Health Surrogate Training
A health care surrogate makes medical decisions for you when you are unable to make them for yourself. When you do not have a relative or close friend to be your health care surrogate, Dr. Cassidy can provide these services for you after learning about your wishes and deeply held values. She can also assist in preparing individuals to act as a health care surrogate by teaching them the questions to ask and how to decide whether or not to agree to procedures or treatments.
